This 3-cent has a weak strike most notably in the center on the reverse (roman numerrals) but it is still exceptionally attractive. It has soft, golden toning, very light wear on the high points and lots of luster. Also note the nice die cracks on the obverse - one through the "8" on the date and one at the top of the portrait to the rim.
